This report is based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Department of Economy and Finance of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district", conducted by a working group consisting of:

The purpose of the activity of the object of internal analysis: the purpose of the Department is to promote the development and improvement of state policy in the field of economy and budget planning, ensuring budget execution and effective management of district municipal property.
The basis of the internal analysis:
The analysis was carried out in order to implement paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law Of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and in accordance with the Standard rules for conducting internal analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan on Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption No. 12 dated October 19, 2016.
Analyzed period: from January 5 to August 31.
Regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the unit (Regulations on the State Institution): The regulation on the state institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" dated July 11, 2019 No. 163 was approved by the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin. The full-time number of civil servants of the Department is 14 people, the actual number is 11 people. There were no personnel changes during the reporting period.

Judicial acts (number, on what issues): The Department of Economics and Finance has sent 11 lawsuits to the court.
Provision of public services: The state institution provides 1 type of state service: "Provision of social support measures to specialists of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports, agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, settlements, rural districts. For the period from January 5 to August 30, 2021, 38 public services were provided, including through PEP - 29, PSC-9, including the right to receive a budget loan – 11, lifting allowance – 13, refunds-14.
