On the establishment of a quota of jobs for people with disabilities for 2022

In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On employment of the population", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:

1. Establish a quota of jobs for people with disabilities for 2022, excluding jobs in heavy work, work with harmful, hazardous working conditions in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

    1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

    2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
4. This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
