About reimbursement of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled
In accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities", the maslikhat of the district DECIDED:
1) reimbursement of expenses for home education (hereinafter referred to as reimbursement of tuition costs) for children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum (hereinafter referred to as disabled children) is made monthly by the state institution of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" in the amount of six monthly calculation indicators;
2) reimbursement of tuition costs (except for disabled children who are fully supported by the state and disabled children in respect of whom parents are deprived of parental rights) is provided to one of the parents or other legal representatives of disabled children, regardless of the family income;
3) to reimburse the costs of training, the recipient submits the following documents: an application; a document certifying the identity of the recipient for identification; certificates ( certificates )of the birth of a child (children) or extracts from the birth certificate or certificate of registration of an act of civil status issued by the civil registration authorities; certificates of conclusion (dissolution) of marriage (matrimony); a document confirming the establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over a child or information about adoption from the birth certificate; a document confirming registration at a permanent place of residence (from the information system through the "Electronic Government" gateway); information from an educational institution confirming the fact of teaching a disabled child at home; a document about the bank account number; a certificate of disability. The specified documents in the application are received from the relevant state information systems through the "electronic government" gateway.
4) reimbursement of training costs is made from the month of application until the end of the period established in the conclusion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation;
5) upon the occurrence of circumstances that led to the termination of reimbursement of tuition costs (the achievement of eighteen years by a disabled child, the end of the disability period, during the training of a disabled child in state institutions, the death of a disabled child), the payment is terminated from the month following the one in which the relevant circumstances occurred;
6) excessively paid amounts are subject to refund on a voluntary basis, and in case of refusal-in court on the basis of a court decision.
