Information on the amount of payment, conditions and procedure for the provision of printed space in the regional newspaper "Áıet shamshyraǵy"
The editorial board of the newspaper "Áıet shamshyraǵy" in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of Art. 28 of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" informs about the conditions, the amount of payment and the procedure for providing the area to registered candidates for akims of the Asenkritovsky rural district of the Beimbet Mailin district of the Kostanay region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The printed space is provided to all registered candidates without exception on equal terms for election campaign materials. The order of publication of candidates' materials is established in the order of receipt of written requests to the editorial office, indicating the date and volume of the printed area and the conclusion of the contract. Make payment for the cost of providing a printed area at the rate of 125 tenge per 1 sq. Cm newspaper space.
All pre-election printed campaign materials must contain information about their payment, sources of funding, the person who handed over the order.
Applicants are solely responsible for the compliance of printed materials with the requirements of current legislation.
In case of violation of the conditions and procedure specified in this message, as well as violations of the terms of the relevant agreement, the publication of materials is not made - it is suspended to eliminate violations.
The editorial board has the right to refuse to post printed materials if there is information that could damage the honor and dignity or business reputation of other candidates.
The texts of campaign materials, the content of which does not meet the requirements of the Constitutional Law "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", will not be published.
