The settlement arose on the way of the caravan road from the Turgai steppes to Chelyaba (Chelyabinsk).

In 1903, the first dugouts were laid, around which the village of Pavlovka was then built. The village got its name from the name Pavel (there were three men, they were called Pavlov). By 1916, Pavlovka was the center of the volost. The first chairman of the volost executive committee was Grigory Dmitrievich Vachasov. He was a member of the Bolshevik Party. G. D. Vachasov and his associates waged an active struggle for the establishment of Soviet power. In May 1918, in Pavlovka, the first party cell was created from the 13 most active inhabitants of the village, headed by G.D. Vachasov. After the capture of Kustanai by counterrevolutionary troops, Vachasov and members of the party cell went over to clandestine work. They interfered with the mobilization of the peasants, sheltered deserters, and agitated the peasants to join the partisan detachment. A punitive detachment was sent to the village. The fists, led by the priest, betrayed Grigory Vachasov and his associates. 5 active party members were shot. Grigory Vachasov himself was hanged upside down after being beaten and tortured, and local residents were forbidden to film him. Nevertheless, the brothers and friends managed to steal him and buried him in the village of Stretinka.

In memory of the glorious compatriot, the Amankaragaysky meat state farm, located in the village of Pavlovka, in October 1967 was renamed into the state farm named after G.D. Vachasova. On May 13, 1970, the obelisk of G.D. Vachasov and his associates.

These were the years of the rise and prosperity of our village. Sapar Ergalievich - permanent director of the state farm, war veteran, delegate to the XXII Congress of the CPSU and the XY Congress of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan, was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and many medals, and he was also awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of Kazakhstan".

In 1975, a high school, shopping center was built. The state farm operated: a creamery, a greenhouse, a brick factory, a bakery, a sausage shop, and a mill. 4 schools and 3 kindergartens were built in the villages. A kindergarten, a bathhouse, many solid residential buildings, and a water supply system were built on the central estate.

In total, the farm employed 1100 people, including 224 machine operators, 240 livestock breeders, 100 car drivers. The state farm had a large fleet of vehicles, 70 mechanics - repairmen. The state farm had an excellent rural library, headed by the "Honored Worker of Culture" Balabanovskaya Nadezhda Filippovna.

In 1987 Nurzhanov Zhaksylyk Borambaevich became the director. He served in this position for 12 years. In 1994, the state farm named after GD Vachasov was renamed into PC Vachasov, in March 1998 it was reorganized into LLP named after “Ergaliev”, and in the same year in November in LLP named after “Vachasov”. In 2001, our farm was bought by Sarybai CJSC. State farm named after G. D. Vachasova was renamed into Asia-Altyn 2000 LLP, the general director of which was Aleksandr Viktorovich Paraskevidi. The private enterprise LLP "Asia-Altyn 2000" provided labor jobs, a water tower worked, the livestock and field cultivation industry was successfully developing. LLP was a breeding farm. Breeding heifers have been purchased in the amount of 150 heads.

Veterinary, zootechnical and agronomic services were developed.
