One of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness is the timely and high-quality provision of services, increasing the level of satisfaction of citizens. In total, no services were provided in violation of the established deadlines during the reporting period. There were no complaints from citizens about the provision of services. The reception of visitors was conducted according to the approved schedule.
