Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:
in the Rules for the Provision of Housing Assistance approved by the said decision:
subparagraph 7) of paragraph 2 should be reworded:
"7) invoices for monthly contributions for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, including major repairs of the common property of the condominium object";
paragraph 11 should be redrafted:
«11. The amount of housing assistance is defined as the difference between the amount of payment for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, including the overhaul of the common property of the condominium object, the consumption of utilities and communication services in terms of increasing the subscription fee for a telephone connected to the telecommunications network, the cost of using housing from the public housing fund and housing leased by the local executive body in the private housing fund, within the limits of the norms, and the maximum allowable level of family (citizen) expenses for these purposes.";
paragraph 13 should be redrafted:
"13. The share of the maximum allowable expenses of a family (citizen) within the established norms is set at five percent of total income."
