Internal analysis of corruption risks for the period from April 5 to May 6, 2021 in the state institution "Akim's Office of the Kalinin Rural District"
For the reporting period from April to May 2021, an analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution “Akim's Office of the Kalinin Rural District”.

The regulation on the state institution "Akim's apparatus of the Kalinin rural district" was approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district of January 10, 2020 No. 5.
Results of inspections previously carried out by state bodies in relation to the unit:
According to the results of the inspection of the akim's office of the Kalinin rural district on April 27, 2021, the chief inspector for internal control over the quality of the provision of public services of the district akim's office did not reveal any violations. According to the data during the check and recommendations, a specialist of the apparatus of the rural district will undergo advanced training in the provision of public services from May 11-15.
According to the results of the inspection of the district prosecutor's office, for the commission of a disciplinary offense, expressed in the improper performance of their official duties, one disciplinary sanction was imposed in the form of a remark.
At the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the Beimbet Mailin district, the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Kalinin Rural District” sends copies of decisions, orders and copies of magazines for this period for verification on a monthly basis, no violations have been identified.

State purchases by the akim's apparatus of the rural district are carried out in accordance with the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the period from April 5 to May 6, the state institution concluded 11 contracts, of which 6 were executed, 5 are valid. Of the total number of contracts, 10 were concluded by the “from one source” method, 1 - by “request for price quotations”.
Government purchases of goods, works, services are carried out through the public procurement web portal in electronic form, and exclude any contact with a potential supplier. The exclusively electronic format for concluding contracts made it possible to form on the web portal complete and reliable information on purchased goods, works, services and determine their average purchase prices. The introduction of electronic contracts and a number of other rules aimed at simplifying and transparency of public procurement made it possible to minimize corruption risks. It should be noted that there is an increase for various reasons in public procurement using the “from one source” method, which in turn increases the risk of corruption.
