DRAFT DECISION

On Amendments and Additions to the Decision of the Maslikhat of the Beimbet Maylin district of August 10, 2020 No. 403 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Citizens in Need»

Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:

1. Make the following amendment and addition to the decision of the maslikhat "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in Need" dated August 10, 2020 No. 403, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9382:

in the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the said decision:

in subparagraph 8) of paragraph 7, add

in Kazakh, the word "korsetiledi" should be deleted, the text in Russian does not change;

paragraph 7 should be supplemented with subparagraph 9) as follows:

"9) a person accompanying a disabled child who has a recommendation in an individual rehabilitation program for a disabled person for spa treatment, without taking into account income, with compensation for accommodation and food, at actual costs, in the amount of no more than 25 monthly calculation indicators.".

2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
