According to the Law, in order to conduct a local community gathering by open voting, it is necessary to elect the chairman and secretary of the local community gathering.
I propose to elect Vladimir Stepanovich Didyk as chairman, and Aliya Shamenovna Dausheva as secretary.

Kosherov Nurlybek Amangeldinovich - the village of Zhambaskol is part of the Belinsky rural district. According to the last recount as of 01.01.2021, the actual living population is 16 people, of which 5 are children. There are no social facilities, the Zhambaskol LLP organization does not work.
Referring to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the administrative-territorial structure of the RK" settlements with a population of less than 50 people are included in the nearest settlement and lose the status of independent administrative-territorial units.
The issue of abolition does not require financial costs and will not infringe on the rights of residents of the village of Zhambaskol.
