based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District" for the period from January 1 to May 18 , 2021.
In the State Institution "Apparatus of akim of Asenkritovsky rural district" a working group consisting of: akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district M.A.Bayakov, chief specialist A.A.B. Altynbaeva, leading specialist A.A. Panakshina, conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of State Akim of Asenkritovsky rural district "for the period from January 1 to May 18 , 2021 .
The internal analysis was carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 "On Combating Corruption" No. 410-V ЗРК, as well as the Rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption dated October 19 .2016 No. 12, on the basis of the order of the akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district dated May 4, 2021 No. 20.
The State Institution "Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District" in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public service ", " On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan ", "On combating corruption ", " On public services ", "On the procedure appeals of individuals and legal entities ", " On public procurement ", is also guided by the Budgetary, Civil, Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Administrative Offenses "," Rules for the Implementation of Public Procurements ", other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regulation of the state institution" Akim's apparatus of Asenkritovsky rural district ".

there is a risk of corruption, however, for the specified period in the State Institution “Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District”, there are no facts of revealing corruption in the provision of public services to service recipients.
Work in the State Institution "Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District" upon requests from citizens is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities" dated January 13, 2007 No. 221.
The analysis of the state of work in these areas in the departments, ensuring the timeliness and quality of consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities, measures are taken to improve control, not to allow consideration of applications in violation of the established deadlines.
During the period from January 1 of 18 on May 202 1 , the year it was taken and examined 5 handling the first of them from physical persons - 3 , legal entities - 2 . Satisfied - 3 , explained - 2. brascheni I of GPs ROSAM land and land use, as well as assistance in finding employment. Written and oral responses were given to all received requests without violating the deadlines.
5 . State procurements
The analysis of public procurement carried out in the akim's office was carried out. The akim's office develops and approves the annual public procurement plan in the manner and form determined by the rules for public procurement. Changes are made to the annual public procurement plan on a monthly basis. The procedure of public procurement is transparent and accessible to all potential suppliers through public information systems. Public procurement held in electronic form, which minimizes collusion between suppliers and customers, helps to reduce the level of non-targeted use of budgetary funds. For the period from January 1 to May 18 , 2021, 34 contracts were concluded, of which 25 contracts - and from one source through direct conclusion of an agreement, 2 contracts - with a request for quotations, 7 contracts - and from one source for failed purchases . All public procurement contracts were reviewed. The analysis of the concluded contracts was carried out on the subject of whether the suppliers are close relatives, spouse or in-laws of the head of the state body; as a result of the internal analysis, no facts of participation of potential suppliers of close relatives, spouses or in-laws of the head of the state body in the ongoing public procurement were revealed. Contracts with suppliers of goods, works and services are concluded in a timely manner. It is not allowed to purchase goods, works, services not provided for by the approved annual public procurement plan.
Public procurement is carried out according to the principle of optimal and efficient spending of money used for public procurement, publicity and transparency of the public procurement process.
6 . Conclusion
For the analyzed period of facts of imposition of disciplinary sanctions for the commission of official, corruption offenses and crimes by employees - 1, this violation is not corrupt.
