In the State Institution "Apparatus of akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district" a working group consisting of: akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district M.A. , Chief specialist Altynbayeva A . B. , leading specialist Panakshina A.A., conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Asenkritovsky Rural District” for the 1st quarter of 2021 .
The internal analysis was carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 "On Combating Corruption" No. 410-V ЗРК, as well as the Rules for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Combating Corruption dated October 19 .2016, the number 12, on the basis of the order of akim Asenkritovskogo rural districts from May 4 2021 , the number 20 .

The analysis of the state of work in these areas in the departments, ensuring the timeliness and quality of consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities, measures are taken to improve control, not to allow consideration of applications in violation of the established deadlines.

Public procurement is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement". Monthly monitoring of the spending of budgetary funds is carried out by the apparatus of akim of the rural district, on the control of the development of budgetary funds. All reports are submitted to the district financial department in a timely manner.
According to the current Law "On public procurements" and pparat th akim Asen kritovskogo rural district for the 1st quarter of 2021 , it was held 71 public procurement, totaling 7967.9 thous. Tenge:
1) public procurement by way of request for price proposals in the amount of 612.1 thousand tenge ;
2) there is no open tender for public procurement.
3) by a method from one source by direct conclusion of a public procurement contract in the amount of 5480.8 thousand tenge without violations.
4) by the method from one source for failed purchases in the amount of 1875.0 thousand tenge.
6 . Conclusion
During the analyzed period, the facts of imposition of disciplinary sanctions for the commission of official, corruption offenses and crimes by employees have not been established .
