based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District" for 2020
In the State Institution "Apparatus of akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district" a working group consisting of: akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district M.A. , Chief specialist Altynbayeva A . B. , a leading specialist Panakshinoy AA, conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activity of SI "Machinery of akim of Asenkritovskogo rural district" for the period January - December 20 20 year.

Work in the State Institution “Akim's Office of Asenkritovsky Rural District” upon requests from citizens is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities” dated January 13, 2007 No. 221.
The analysis of the state of work in these areas in the departments, ensuring the timeliness and quality of consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities, measures are taken to improve control, not to allow consideration of applications in violation of the established deadlines.

The largest number of applications were received on land and land use issues. Written responses were given to all received requests without violating the deadlines.
As part of the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, round tables and seminars for employees are held , as well as 2 meetings of the commission on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest were held.
Public procurement is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement". Monthly monitoring of the spending of budgetary funds is carried out by the apparatus of akim of the rural district, on the control of the development of budgetary funds. All reports are submitted to the district financial department in a timely manner.
According to the current Law "On public procurements" and pparat th akim Asenkritovskogo rural district for 12 months in 2020 was carried out 107 public procurement for a total of 24,694.3 thousand. Tenge:
1) public procurement by way of request for price proposals in the amount of 109.8 thousand tenge, without violations;
2) there is no open tender for public procurement.
3) by a method from one source by directly concluding a public procurement contract in the amount of 24394.2 thousand tenge without violations.
4) by the method from one source for failed purchases in the amount of 190.3 thousand tenge.
For the analyzed period, the facts of imposition of disciplinary sanctions for the commission of official, corruption offenses and crimes by employees - 1, however, this violation is not of a corruption nature.
