On approval of the list of public
highways of regional significance
In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On highways", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:
- To approve the list of public highways of regional significance in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
- To recognize as invalid the resolution of the district akimat "On approval of the list of public roads of regional significance" dated July 11, 2018 No. 204, registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 7995.
- The state institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the justice body;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
- This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
