On the establishment of a public easement

In accordance with articles 19, 69, paragraph 2 of article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akim of the Belinsky rural district DECIDED:
- Establish a public easement for the limited liability partnership "Rio Tinto Exploration Kazakhstan" for conducting exploration operations on land plots: with a total area of 2.8945 hectares, located in the territory of the village of Zhambaskol, the village of Kayindykol, with a total area of 1151.5195 hectares, the village Smaylovka, with a total area of 317.6219 hectares of the Belinsky rural district. 2. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Belinsky rural district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:
1) state registration of this decision with the justice authorities;
2) posting this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.
- I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
- This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
