Pursuant to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015 "On Combating Corruption», Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by Order No. 12 of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2016, as well as Methodological Recommendations on internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of state bodies, Organizations and quasi-public sector Entities,
The analyzed period is from April 05 to May 06, 2021.
Internal analysis of organizational and managerial activities department name it was conducted according to the following criteria:
1) on human resources management;
2) on conflict of interest resolution;
3) provision of public services;
4) on the implementation of permissive functions;
5) implementation of control functions;
6) on the quality of consideration of requests from individuals and legal entities;
7) by organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works, and services;
8) on compliance with official ethics and anti-corruption legislation;
Headcount of the State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Beimbet Mailina district Akimat» compose 9 units,2 units on maternity leave.
For the period from April 05 to May 06, 2021, there were no accepted dismissed employees .
In compliance with the anti-corruption legislation by all state employees of the State Institution «Department of Employment and Social Programs of Beimbet Mailina district Akimat»"anti-corruption restrictions have been adopted, civil servants have been familiarized with the Rules of Official Ethics of Civil Servants, and in order to implement financial control measures, civil servants and their spouses have submitted timely declarations to state revenue bodies.

4, 5. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan Department of Employment and Social Programs of Beimbet Mailina district Akimat»it does not perform control, supervisory, or permitting functions.
Monthly monitoring of the results of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities is carried out. Responses to requests are reviewed in a timely and efficient manner.
April to May 2021 during the year, 1 appeals were accepted, which were given written explanations. The facts of red tape, as well as violations of deadlines during the consideration of appeals have not been established.
According to the current Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement» GU «By Department employment and social programs of Beimbet Mailin District Akimat»conducted 3 times public procurement for a total amount of 189.6 thousand tenge:
1) public procurement by requesting price offers is not available;
2) there is no open tender method for public procurement.
3) by a single-source method by direct conclusion of a 3-contract public procurement for a total amount of 189.6 thousand rubles.
In Department of Employment and Social Programs of Beimbet Mailin district Akimat the requirements imposed on civil servants, restrictions related to the status of a civil servant, the requirements of the Code of Ethics and anti-Corruption legislation are observed. At the time of the analysis, no evidence of risks associated with compliance with the Code of Ethics and anti-Corruption legislation was found.
