Based on the results of the discussion of this Report, the following recommendations are given:
-to ensure the implementation of the planned indicator "The share of public services rendered in electronic form through the e-government portal from the total number of services rendered in electronic form" - in 2021, for each service, at least 100 %;

- carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State-owned Enterprises
services", approved rules and standards, and changes made to them
- to provide public services in a timely manner in accordance with the rules and standards.
