1) Information about the service provider.

2) Information about public services.
According to the approved standards and regulations of public services in the field of architecture and urban planning, in 2020, the department provided 5 types of public services. Including:
- in the field of architecture and urban planning, 49 services were provided for 5 types of public services.
Service "Provision of source materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment and re-equipment)" - 29, Issuance of a decision for a complex of works on post-utilization of objects (demolition of buildings) - 0, "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within a settlement" -2 , "Approval of the sketch (draft design)" - 9; "Issuance of a certificate to determine the address of real estate objects on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan-9".
In total, the department provided 49 services in 2020, of which 9 services were provided through the State Corporation. All services are provided free of charge, there are no paid services.
3) Information about the most popular government services.
There are 3 public services most in demand:
"Provision of raw materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment and refurbishment)";
"Approval of the sketch (draft design)"; "Issuance of a certificate for determining the address of real estate objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan-9"
Working with service recipients.
1) To inform the service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services, the Department has equipped a stand "Public services", which contains the regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of public services
Also, in order to inform service recipients about the procedure for the provision of public services on the official Internet resource of the akimat of the Taranovsky region, in the section "Architecture and urban planning", the standards and regulations of public services are posted.

In order to increase the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of the provision of public services, the department conducts purposeful work. So, in 2020, the department approved an action plan to improve the availability and quality of public services, which provides for
- prevention of violations of the terms for the provision of public services;
- timely informing the population about the procedure for rendering public services through stands, media and official Internet resources, conducting seminars with specialists of the State Corporation, akims and specialists of villages, rural districts and the village of Kyet, heads of state institutions;
- an increase in the share of public services provided through the State Corporation on the principle of “one window” (explanatory measures);
- Carrying out events to popularize and inform service recipients about the possibilities of obtaining public services through the State Corporation, the portal of "electronic government";
- advanced training of employees in the provision of public services.
Following the discussion of the report, DECIDED:
- to ensure control over compliance with the standards and regulations of public services, as well as other requirements for the procedure for the provision of services;
- ensure the provision of complete, reliable and timely reporting information within the framework of internal control over the quality of the provision of public services;
- take appropriate measures on an ongoing basis to increase the responsibility of civil servants who provide public services.
