On the establishment of a public easement

In accordance with Articles 17, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:
- Establish to the joint-stock company "Sokolovsko-Sarbayskoye Mining and Processing Production Association" a public easement for land plots for the purpose of conducting operations for mineral exploration located on the territory of the Beimbet Maylin district with a total area of 42819.7 hectares, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- The State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the judicial authorities;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
