Report on the activities of the State Institution «Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district» on the provision of public services for 2020
1.General provisions.
1) Information about the service provider: State Institution «Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district». 2)Information about public services:
The state institution «Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district» provides 1 state service – «Assignment of sports categories: athlete of the 2nd category, athlete of the 3rd category, athlete of the 1st youth category, athlete of the 2nd youth category, athlete of the 3rd youth category and qualification categories: coach of the highest qualification level of the second category, coach-teacher of the highest qualification level of the second category, coach of the middle qualification level of the second category, coach-teacher of the middle qualification level of the second category, methodologist of the highest qualification level of the second category, methodologist of the middle qualification level of the second category, instructor-athlete of the highest level of qualification of the second category, sports judge» (hereinafter-the state service).
In 2020, 89 public services were provided.
The state service was provided through the State Corporation «Government for Citizens».
The issuance of the result of the provision of public services is carried out through the State Corporation «Government for Citizens».
The state service is provided in electronic and paper form.
Rules for the assignment and withdrawal of sports titles, categories and qualification categories, the issuance of badges, as well as their description.
2.Working with service recipients.
1) Information about sources and places of access to information on the procedure for providing public services:
On the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district https://www.gov.kz/services/3115 in the «public services» section, data on the provision of public services is updated, the rules for the provision of public services, and contact information are posted.
In the state institution, stands with regulatory legal acts are designed, and the responsible official for the quality provision of public services is determined.
The mass media annually publish information about the work of the state institution for the provision of public services, the district newspaper «Mayak» June 11, 2020 No. 23.
3)Activities aimed at ensuring the transparency of the process of providing public services (awareness-raising activities, seminars, meetings, interviews, etc.).
On a regular basis, meetings, seminars and round tables on problematic issues are held for employees of physical culture and sports of the Beimbet Maylin district, as well as athletes.
3.Activities to improve the processes of providing public services
1) Results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes. The results of optimization and automation of the processes of rendering public services have a positive impact on the quality of their provision. The procedure for the provision of public services is simplified, the terms and administrative barriers in the process of providing public services are reduced.
2) Activities aimed at improving the skills of employees in the provision of public services. To improve the quality of public services, the Department of Physical Culture and Sports works closely with the State Corporation.
In order to improve the quality of services provided, seminars and meetings are held on a regular basis at the School of legal knowledge.
Professional development of civil servants of a state institution is carried out on the basis of the Schedule of Professional development of civil servants.
3) Regulatory and legal improvement of public service delivery processes.
The provision of public services is carried out on the basis of regulatory legal acts regulating this process:
- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Public Services» of April 15, 2013;
- Register of Public services provided to individuals and legal entities, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020;
- Rules of assignment and deprivation of sports titles, categories and qualification categories, issue of badges, as well as their description, approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Sports and Physical Culture dated July 29, 2014 No. 300.
1)Information about complaints of service recipients regarding the provision of public services.
Constant systematic work has been organized to monitor compliance with the deadlines for the provision of public services, and the organization of the internal quality control system for their provision is being improved.
Since the beginning of 2020, there have been no complaints about the provision of public services.
In order to further provide service recipients with affordable and high-quality public services, in 2021, explanatory work will continue with the population about the possibilities of obtaining public services.
Increase the number of public services provided through the e-government portal. Continue working to clarify the rules for the provision of public services, including the capabilities of the e-government portal.
