Information on the provision of public services by the Civil Registry Office for 202 0 of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Beimbet Mailin District"
The Akim's office of the district Beimbet Mailin is working to ensure and comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when setting up the work of the Civil Registry Office in general. The main task of the civil registry office is to ensure timely complete and correct registration of acts of civil status in the territory of the district .
For 202 0 years in the Civil Registry Office of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Beimbet Mailin District " a total of 668 acts of civil status were registered - 584 of them were accepted through the PSC , deaths were registered - 290 newborns were registered - 249 , marriages - 90 , divorces - 26 , change full name - 13 .
Corrections and additions were made in a timely manner to the records after divorce, establishment of paternity, change of full name, notifications are also sent monthly to make corrections in the second copies of civil status records . On an ongoing basis, every day during the reception, conversations and consultations are held to explain the marriage and family law. During the reporting period were conducted 1 4 lectures PSC inspectors. In close contact, work is underway with the State Center for Internal Affairs, Central District Hospital, District Department of Internal Affairs, lists of the dead are provided on a monthly basis in a timely manner .
