On amendments to the decision of the Mayor of January 17, 2018 No. 2 "On renaming the constituent parts of the village of Taranovskoye of the Taranovsky district»

         Akim of the rural district of Ayet DECIDED:

1. To make the decision of akim "On renaming the component parts of the village of Taran Taran district" dated 17 January 2018, № 2, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 7506 following changes:

in the title, the preamble and throughout the text of this decision of the phrase "the village of Taran Taran district", "the akim of Taran rural district", "the village of Taran" is replaced by "the village Yet district of Maylin's birth", "the akim of the rural district Yet", "Let village".

2. The state institution "The Office of the Akim of the rural district of Ayet" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:

         1) state registration of this decision in the judicial authorities;

         2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

         3.I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
