Draft decision of the akim of the rural district of Kyet "On amendments to the decision of the akim of September 3, 2009 No. 4" On assigning names to the constituent parts of the settlements of the Taranovsky rural district"

On amendments to the Akim's decision No. 4 of September 3, 2009 "On naming the constituent parts of localities of the Taranovsky Rural District»

         Akim of the rural district of Ayet DECIDED:

1. To make the decision of akim "On the assignment of names to the parts of the settlements of Taran rural district", dated 3 September 2009 No. 4 registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 9-18-96, the following changes:

in the title, the preamble and throughout the text of this decision, the phrase "of Taran rural district" is replaced by "rural district Yet»;

in appendices 1,2,3 to the specified decision in the entire text, the phrase "Taranovsky rural district" should be replaced with "Ayet rural district".

2. The state institution "Office of the Akim of the rural district of Ayet" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan should provide:

1) state registration of this decision in the judicial authorities;

2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3.I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
