On amendments to the Akim's decision No. 10 of October 26, 2009 "On naming the constituent parts of localities of the Taranovsky Rural District»

1. Akim of the rural district of Ayet DECIDED:
2. To make the decision of akim "On the assignment of names to the parts of the settlements of Taran rural district" dated 26 October 2009, No. 10, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 9-18-99, the following changes:

in the title, the preamble and throughout the text of this decision of the phrase "of Taran rural district", "the village of Taran" is replaced by "rural district Yet", "village Ayet»;

The state institution "Office of the Akim of the rural district of Ayet" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this decision in the judicial authorities;

2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3.I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
