On the establishment of a public easement

In accordance with Article 19, Article 69, paragraph 2 of Article 71-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" of January 23, 2001, the akim of the May rural district DECIDED:

1. Establish to the joint-stock company "Sokolovsko- Sarbayskoye Mining and Processing Production Association" a public easement with a total area of 1128.0 hectares, located on the lands of the settlement of the village of Mayskoye, for the purpose of conducting mineral exploration operations.
2. The state Institution "Office of the Akim of the May Rural District" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:

       1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;

       2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.         

       3.I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.

4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
