Draft decision of the regional maslikhat "On Amending the Decision of the Maslikhat dated August 10, 2020 No. 403" On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance, Establishing the Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens"

On amending the decision of the Maslikhat dated August 10, 2020 No. 403 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need"

In accordance with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDED:

1. To include in the decision of the maslikhat "On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and determination of the list of certain categories of needy citizens" dated August 10, 2020 No. 403 (published on August 19, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register state registration of normative legal acts under No. 9382) the following change:

in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the said decision:

subparagraph 7) of paragraph 7 shall be reworded:

 "7) veterans of the Great Patriotic War, on Victory Day, excluding income, in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) tenge;"

2. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
