Draft Resolution of the Akimat of the District "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of July 11, 2018 No. 203" On Approval of the Names and Indexes of Public Highways of Regional Importance"

On amendments to the resolution of the akimat dated July 11, 2018 No. 203 "On approval of the names and indices of general use highways of regional significance"

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "On renaming the Taranovsky district of the Kostanay region", the joint resolution of the akimat of the Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 20 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Kostanay region dated December 12, 2018 No. 349 "On renaming of some administrative-territorial units of the Taranovsky district of the Kostanay region "(registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 8174) the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:

  1. To include in the resolution of the akimat "On approval of the names and indices of public roads of regional significance" dated July 11, 2018 No. 203 (published on August 3, 2018 in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 7986) the following changes:

          in the preamble and throughout the text of the said resolution, the phrase “Taranovskiy region” shall be replaced by “Beimbet Mailin's area”;

          in the appendix to the said resolution:

          lines, serial numbers 13, 14, 15 shall be stated in a new edition:

  1. The state institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

1) state registration of this resolution with the territorial body of justice;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
  2. This resolution comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication..
