 About determination and approval of places and routes of placement of non-stationary trade objects in the Beimbet Maylin area

In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11148), the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:

  1. Determine and approve the locations of non-stationary commercial objects in the Beimbet Maylin area in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
  2. Determine and approve the routes for the placement of non-stationary commercial objects in the Beimbet Maylin area in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
  3. The State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" should provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
