Explanatory note to the updated Civil Budget of the Beimbet Maylin district for 2021-2023.
The decision of the maslikhat of the Beimbet Maylin district «On the district budget of the Beimbet Maylin district for 2021-2023» was approved at the session of the Maslikhat of the district on December 28, 2020 No. 442. Clarification of the district budget is planned in February 2021.
Revenues to the district budget amounted to 4 037 950,0 thousand tenge, of which:
Tax revenues – 2 434 513,0 thousand tenge;
Non-tax receipts – 6 019,0 thousand tenge;
Proceeds from the sale of fixed assets – 8 789,0 thousand tenge;
Transfer receipts – 1 406 917, 0 thousand tenge;
Repayment of budget loans – 50 447,0 thousand tenge;
Disbursement of loans – 131 265,0 thousand tenge.
The following changes are planned for the functional cost groups:
- Public services of a general nature. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 2 130, 7 thousand tenge for the payment of services for the examination of estimates and the calculation of the norm of solid household waste.
- Social assistance and social security. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 3 367, 0 thousand tenge for the state social order for invataxi services.
- Housing and communal services. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 19 107,7 thousand tenge for the development of the DED for the construction of a gas pipeline to the residential building p.Tobol and for the purchase of apartments in communal ownership.
- Fuel and energy complex and subsurface use. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 29 047,4 thousand tenge for the development of design and estimate documentation.
- Transport and communications. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 120 958,4 thousand tenge for the average repair of the road.
- Other. It is planned to increase expenses in the amount of 57 567,0 thousand tenge for the installation of water distribution points, the purchase of an excavator and a special vehicle.
