AGENDA OF THE MEETING:

  1. Report on activities in the field of public services for 2020 Office of the Akim of the Kalininsky rural District.

 The report was made by the akim of the Kalininsky rural district A. Ispulova According to the results of the report, there were no questions from those present. As a result of the discussion of this Report, the following recommendations are made:

  1. To the specialist rendering public services Minaidarova D. B. to take measures: -to ensure the implementation of the planned indicator "The share of public services rendered in electronic form through the e-government portal from the total number of services rendered in electronic form" - in 2021, for each service, at least 100 %; Term: permanent.
  2. Specialists of the akim's office, heads of schools, kindergarten: - carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", the approved standards and regulations, and the changes made to them - to provide public services in a timely manner in accordance with standards and regulations.
