Analytical reference on the analysis of corruption risks for 2020 in a government agency "Apparatus of akim of Novoilinovsky rural district"
For the first half of 2020, an analysis of corruption risks was carried out in the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district". Over the past period, two disciplinary sanctions in the form of a remark were imposed on employees for committing a disciplinary offense, expressed in improper performance of their duties. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of Novoilinovskiy rural district" has a Regulation on the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Novoilinovskiy rural district", approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district of July 11, 2019 No. 166.
Every month, according to the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the Beimbet Mailin district, the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Novoilinovsky Rural District" sends copies of normative and regulatory legal acts and copies of magazines for this period, no violations have been revealed.
The schedule of admission of individuals and representatives of legal entities to the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Novoilinovskiy Rural District” for 2020 is published quarterly in the regional newspaper “Aiet shamahyraqy” and on the website of the district akim.
