In the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district", a working group consisting of: Sincretismo akim of the rural district Bykova M. A., chief specialist of Altynbaeva A. B., leading specialist of Panaxydol A. A. conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of GU "akim Sincretismo rural district" for the period January-September 2020.

An internal analysis conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18.11.2015 "On combating corruption" № 410-V SAM, and the Rules of internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and corruption protivodeystviya from 19.10.2016, No. 12, on the basis of the order of the akim of the rural district Sincretismo from December 22, 2020 No. 54.

GU "akim Sincretismo rural district" in their activities by the Constitution and Laws of the RK "About state service", "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On combating corruption", "On public services", "On order of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities", "On public procurement", also adopts the Budget, Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On administrative offences», "Rules for the implementation of public procurement" other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regulations of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district".

During the analyzed period, 1 employee was dismissed, in connection with the occupation of another public position, subparagraph 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service".

At the initiative of the employer, there are no dismissed employees.

In terms of turnover, "team movements" were not revealed

For January – September 2020, there are no accepted employees.

During the internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district", there are no conflicting interests.

Functions for the provision of public services:

Work in the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Asenkritovsky rural district "on citizens' appeals is conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities" dated January 13, 2007 No. 221.

The analysis of the state of work in these areas in the departments, ensuring the timeliness and quality of consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities, measures are being taken to improve control, not allowing consideration of appeals in violation of the established deadlines.

In January-September 2020, 4 written appeals of citizens were received. The answers were given in a timely manner. In January - September 2020 oral and written appeals of citizens on the actions of management and employees of state "Apparatus of akim of the rural district Sincretismo" related to the execution of the Law "On combating corruption" is not received.

  1. Measures to prevent and combat corruption

In the framework of the action Plan for the implementation of anti-corruption strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, the round-tables and seminars for employees, and was held 2 meetings of the Commission on observance of requirements to office behavior of civil servants and settlement of conflict of interests.

  1. Public procurement

Public procurement is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement". Monthly monitoring of the expenditure of budget funds is carried out by the office of the akim of the rural district, the development of budget funds is monitored. All reports are submitted to the district finance department in a timely manner.

  1. Conclusion

During the analyzed period, the facts of imposing disciplinary penalties for the commission of official, corruption offenses and crimes by employees were not established.
