Analyzed period: 12 months of 2020.
An internal analysis of the organizational and management activities of the department was carried out according to the following criteria:
1) personnel management;
2) to resolve conflicts of interest;
3) for the provision of public services;
4) on the implementation of licensing functions;
5) on the implementation of control functions;
6) on the quality of consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities;
7) on the organization and conduct of public procurement of goods, works, services ;
8) on observance of official ethics and norms of anti-corruption legislation;
The staffing of the State Institution " Department of Agriculture of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District " is 7 units, including 1 unit on parental leave .
For 20 20 year layoffs among state employees was not . In total, about 2 civil servants were hired .

Monitoring of the results of consideration of applications of individuals and legal entities is carried out on a monthly basis. Answers to appeals are given in a timely manner and in full .

According to the current Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public procurement", the State Institution " On the Department of Agriculture of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district " carried out 34 public procurements , for a total amount of 3,603.97 thousand tenge :
1) public procurement by way of request for price proposals 1 in the amount of 383.3 thousand tenge, without violations;
2) there is no open tender for public procurement.
3) by a method from one source by direct conclusion of a public procurement contract 33 in the amount of 3 220.67 thousand tenge without violations.
In GU " About tdel agriculture akimat district Beimbet Mailin " respected the requirements for public servants, the restrictions associated with the status of civil servant, the requirements the Code of Ethics and anti-corruption legislation. At the time of the analysis, no evidence of any risk associated with compliance with the Code of Ethics and anti-corruption legislation was found.
