About the approval of places of placement
of non-stationary trade objects in the territory
of the district of Beimbet Maylin
In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by Order No. 264 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11148), the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:
- Approve the locations of non-stationary commercial objects on the territory of the Beimbet Maylin district, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
- The State institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" should provide: 1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice; 2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
