On amendments to the decision of the akim of the village of Priozernoye dated October 14, 2011 No. 1 "On naming the streets of the village of Priozernoye"

In accordance with the decree of the akimat of the Kostanay region dated December 18, 2019 No. 5 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Kostanay region dated December 18, 2019 No. 456 "On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Kostanay region", the akim of the village of Tobol I DECIDED:

1. To amend the decision of the akim of the village of Priozernoe dated October 14, 2011 No. 1 "On assigning names to the streets of the village Priozernoe" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 61326, published in the regional newspaper "Mayak" dated December 15, 2011) the following change :

          in the preamble of the said decision the phrase “akim of the village of Priozernoye” shall be replaced by “akim of the village of Tobol”.

2. The state institution "Akim's office of the Tobol village" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

          1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;

          2) posting of this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
