On amendments to the decision of the akim of the Tobol settlement dated January 17, 2018 No. 2 "On renaming the constituent parts of the Tobol settlement of the Taranovsky district"

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "On renaming the Taranovsky district of the Kostanay region", the akim of the village of Tobol I DECIDED:

1. To include in the decisions of the akim of the Tobol village dated January 17, 2018 No. 2 "On renaming the constituent parts of the Tobol village of the Taranovsky region" d) change and state the title of the said decision in the following edition:

         "On the renaming of the constituent parts of the Tobol village of Beimbet Mailin district"          

2. The state institution "Akim's office of the Tobol village" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure:

          1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;

          2) posting of this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district after its official publication.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
