On Amending Resolution No. 55 of the Beimbet Mailina District Maslikhat of October 15, 2021, "On Determining the Procedure and Amount of Reimbursement for the Costs of Home-Based Education for Children with Disabilities According to an Individual Educational Plan"

The Beimbet Mailina District Maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To amend Resolution No. 55 of the Maslikhat of October 15, 2021, "On Determining the Procedure and Amount of Reimbursement for the Costs of Home-Based Education for Children with Disabilities According to an Individual Educational Plan" (registered in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 24919):

Clause 6 shall be amended to read as follows:

"6. To obtain reimbursement of tuition costs, the applicant shall submit an application to the authorized body through the non-profit joint-stock company "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" or the "digital government" web portal (hereinafter referred to as the portal) using the form in accordance with Appendix 1 or 2 to the Cost Reimbursement Rules, along with the documents specified in the list of basic requirements for the provision of the public service "Reimbursement of Costs for Home-Based Education of Children with Disabilities" in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Cost Reimbursement Rules.

When applying for reimbursement of tuition costs through the portal, the applicant shall submit a request to the digital systems of government agencies and/or organizations to confirm the information provided and obtain the necessary information specified in the application form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Cost Reimbursement Rules.

 

Clause 8 shall be amended to read:

"8. The grounds for denial of reimbursement of tuition costs are provided for in line 11 of Appendix 3 to the Cost Reimbursement Rules."

2. This decision shall come into effect ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
