In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 1 of article 97 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 April 1997 "On housing relations", by the order of Chairman of Agency of Republic Kazakhstan on Affairs of construction and housing - No. 306 of August 26, 2011 "On approval of the Methodology for calculating the amount of payment for the use of housing from the State housing Fund" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 7232), the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district DECIDES:

1. Establish the amount of rent for the use of housing from the communal housing stock in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Beimbet Maylin district after its official publication.

3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district Beimbet Maylin.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
