In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the maslikhat of the district of Beimbet Mailin DECIDED:
- To invalidate the decision of the maslikhat of the district of Beimbet Mailin dated April 16, 2026 No. 241 "On Amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated November 6, 2023 No. 46 "On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens."
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
