Budget program is planned because of "the Need to ensure information support of public policy, public awareness, strengthening social cohesion and effective cooperation between government agencies and citizens." on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.08.1995 G.; Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04.12.2008 № 95-IV; law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On mass media" from 19.06.2024 No. 93-VIII; the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On access to information" from 16.11.2015 № 401-V ZRK; the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public councils" from 02.11.2015 № 383-V ZRK; the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated 23.01.2001 No. 148-II; other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of information policy.**

Through the budget program, the following projects will be implemented: services for conducting state information policy through newspapers and magazines in the state and Russian languages; Production and placement of information stories about the socio-political life of Beimbet Mailin district in the state and Russian languages
