On recognizing as invalid the resolutions of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina district of Kostanay region dated March 14, 2018 No. 90 "On establishing the standard for deducting a portion of the net income of public utilities of the Beimbet Mailina district" and dated March 3, 2020 No. 44 "On amending the resolution of the Akimat dated March 14, 2018 No. 90 "On establishing the standard for deducting a portion of the net income of public utilities of the Beimbet Mailina district"

Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District of Kostanay Region dated March 3, 2026 No. 29. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 5, 2026 No. 38102

In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin District DECIDES:

  1. To declare the following to be no longer in force:

1) Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district of Kostanay region dated March 14, 2018 No. 90 "On establishing the standard for deducting a portion of the net income of public utilities of the Beimbet Mailin district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7684);

2) Resolution of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailina district of Kostanay region dated March 3, 2020 No. 44 "On Amendments to the Akimat Resolution dated March 14, 2018 No. 90 "On Establishing the Standard for the Deduction of a Part of the Net Income of Public Utilities of the Beimbet Mailina District" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 8998).

  1. The State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin District" shall, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensure:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbeta Maylin district after its official publication.

  1. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the supervising deputy akim of the district, Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
