According to the results of the report, no questions were received from those present.
As a result of the discussion of the report, the following recommendations were made:
- take measures to reduce the contacts of the service provider with the population-service recipients in the provision of public services by ensuring the share of electronic services up to 95%;
- conduct constant monitoring of the provision of reliable reporting information.
- carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public services", approved by the rules and changes made to them;
- carry out work to expand the list of public services provided in a proactive and composite format;
- provide public services in a timely manner in accordance with standards and regulations.
The control over the implementation of this protocol shall be entrusted to the chief specialist providing public services - Uspanov Serik Khusainovich.
