Following the report, no questions were received from those present.
Following the discussion of this Report, the following recommendations were made:
- take measures to reduce contacts between the service provider and the service recipient population when providing public services, ensuring the share of electronic services up to 100%;

-carefully study the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state
services”, approved standards and rules, and amendments to them
changes.
- provide public services within the established timeframes in accordance with standards and rules.
