"Apparatus of akim of Tasty rural district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides the activities of the akim (hereinafter-the apparatus).
The founder of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Tasty rural district" is the akimat of Amangeldy district.
The state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tasty rural district" provides information and analytical, organizational, legal and logistical support for the activities of the village akim.
The state institution "Apparatus of akim of Tasty rural district" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
State institution "akim's Apparatus of Chastinskogo rural district" is a legal entity in organizational-legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.
The mode of operation of the state institution "akim's Apparatus of akim of aul Tasty Amangeldy area" is established in accordance with the Regulations of the state institution "akim's Apparatus of Chastinskogo rural district" approved by the order of akim of the village from January 5, 2009 No. 2-a "On approval of Regulations of the state institution "akim's Apparatus of Chastinskogo rural district".
The state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tasty rural district" enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
The state institution "Office of the akim of the Tasty rural district" has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the law.

15. the Mission of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tasty rural district" is to ensure high-quality and timely information and analytical, organizational, legal and material and technical functioning of the activities of the akim.
The subject of activity of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tasty rural district" is to ensure the activities of the akim.
The purpose of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Tasty rural district" is to improve the efficiency of the Apparatus in the information and analytical, organizational, legal and logistical support of the activities of the mayor.
The main tasks of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Tasty rural district":
1) ensuring the implementation of the powers of the mayor within the competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) assistance in ensuring the implementation of the national policy of the Executive power in conjunction with the interests and needs of the development of the relevant territory;
3) other tasks established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Functions of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tasty rural district":
1) studies public opinion, prepares information to the mayor on the issues they request;
2) collects and processes information received from other state bodies and organizations, as well as appeals and proposals on issues within the competence of the mayor;
3) provides coverage of the activities of the mayor in the mass media, publication of regulatory legal acts;
4) analyzes the state of performing discipline and informs the mayor.
5) plans the work of the Staff, holding meetings, seminars and other events, organizes their preparation and holding;
6) ensures interaction and coordination of the activities of public administration bodies;
7) organizes and provides preparation of draft decisions and orders of the mayor;
8) make proposals to the mayor to change, cancel the decisions and orders of the mayor that contradict the current legislation;
9) monitors the execution of acts and instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government, the akim and akimat of the region, the akim and akimat of the district and other regulatory legal acts;
10) conducts legal examination of acts of the mayor for compliance with the legislation;
11) conducts regular inspections on behalf of the mayor, if necessary, hears oral and requests written explanations from relevant officials;
12) take measures to eliminate detected violations of the current legislation;
13) decides, in accordance with the current legislation, the selection and placement of personnel ;
14) organize training and retraining of civil servants of the Apparatus;
15) organizes and conducts certification of civil servants of the Apparatus;
16) keeps records in the Office in accordance with current legislation;
17) considers official documents and appeals of individuals and legal entities;
18) organizes personal reception of citizens by the management;
19) take measures aimed at expanding the scope of use of the state language;
20) works to improve the style and methods of work, introduce new information technologies;
21) organizes the preparation of documents for submission to the award of state awards, diplomas of the akim of the region, district;
22) conduct an efficiency assessment in accordance with current legislation;
23) provides public services;
24) implements gender policy within its competence;
25) performs other functions in accordance with current legislation.
The state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Tast rural district" for the implementation of its functions has the right to:
1) represent the interests of the mayor;
2) within its competence to request and receive the necessary information, documents and other materials from state bodies and officials and other organizations on issues of competence of the mayor;
3) give the necessary instructions to the heads of subordinate organizations on issues of their competence;
4) interact with other state administration bodies, public self-government bodies and other organizations on issues of improving the efficiency of management in the relevant territory;
5) exercise other rights in accordance with current legislation.
21) Duties of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Tasty rural district":
1) comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) execute efficiently and on time the acts and instructions of the President, Government and other Central Executive bodies, as well as the akim and akimat of the region and district.
Organization of activities of the state body
The leadership of the state institution "akim's Apparatus of Chastinskogo rural district" by the Governor, who is personally responsible for implementation of state Agency tasks and the exercise of its functions.
Powers of the mayor:
1) represents the Apparatus in state bodies and other organizations;
2) organizes and manages the work of the Apparatus and is personally responsible for the performance of the functions and tasks assigned to the Apparatus;
3) develops regulations on the Office of the village mayor, proposals on the structure and staffing of the Office and submits them for consideration at the meeting of the mayor's office;
4) establish the internal work schedule in the Apparatus;
5) provides General management and coordination of the staff's activities, approves regulations on Them;
6) appoint, release and bring to disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan technical employees of the Apparatus;
7) controls the implementation of legislation on public service in the Apparatus;
8) issue orders and give instructions that are mandatory for the employees of the Apparatus;
9) sign decisions and orders;
10) coordinates the work on monitoring the implementation of decisions and orders adopted by the resolution;
11) controls the work with personnel in accordance with the current legislation on civil service and labor legislation;
12) sign official documentation within the competence of the Staff;
13) performs personal reception of citizens;
