The State Institution "Department of Informatization, Provision of Public Services and Archives of the Akimat of Kostanay region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) does not provide state storage of documents, this function of the state archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, departmental archives of institutions, enterprises, documents in which are formed by administrative-territorial affiliation.
