Prevented the Illegal Smuggling of Inventory Items across the Border

During the period from July 20 to July 26, 2020, the military personnel of the Border Service Department for Zhambyl region prevented the illegal transportation of 9 cars across the State border without accompanying documents (2 units of Lexus RX 350, 2 units of Honda Stepwgn, 2 units of Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, Lada 212140, VAZ 211540) and a large consignment of goods (12 tons of consumer goods, 250 sets of household appliances and 1300 boxes of confectionery products).

The seized cargo and vehicles were transferred to the Department of Economic Investigations for Zhambyl region.
