Legalization of Stay of Foreigners in Kazakhstan

On June 5, 2021, the period of temporary stay of foreigners in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan will come to an end (by the decision of the interdepartmental commission of December 29, 2020, the terms were extended due to the pandemic).

 

At present, land and aviation checkpoints across the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan are operating normally, regular flights have been resumed with 15 States (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Turkey, Egypt, Germany , United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Georgia, Montenegro, Sri Lanka).

 

The Border service of the NSC is taking measures for the unhindered return of foreigners to the country of citizenship, an explanation of the procedure for the departure of persons from the country during the period of quarantine restrictions has been organized, including in an online format.

 

The Border Service informs, in order to avoid bringing to administrative responsibility foreigners and their inviting persons (comes into force after June 5, 2021), to legalize further stay on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
