Border Violator Hidden in a Vehicle Detained

• On November 8, 2020, border guards at the Zhaisan automobile checkpoint (Aktobe region) suppressed an attempt of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan to leave Kazakhstan illegally to the Russian Federation. The detainee was hiding in the toolbox (compartment) of the “GAZelle-278831” vehicle.

 

• Procedural measures are taken in response to this fact, prosecution of the driver of the vehicle and bringing the offender to administrative responsibility.
