Illegal Transportation of Goods and Cargo were Prevented in the Zhambyl Region.
  • On October 23, 2020, the Department of the Border Service of the NSC for the Zhambyl region at the “Karasu” automobile checkpoint prevented the import of alcoholic products: 19 128 liters, without accompanying documents from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan.
  • The above-mentioned cargo was sheltered from border control under the general commodity - soft drinks “lemonade”.
  • On October 25, 2020, the export of medicines from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan was prevented in the amount of 10,262 pieces (44 names of medicines) in the amount of about 2.5-3 million tenge, the above cargo was without accompanying documents.
  • The territorial subdivisions of the Border Service of the NSC are focused on strengthening control at checkpoints in order to prevent the illegal import of goods and various types of cargo.
