The meeting was attended by Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zarina Kamasova, Director of the Public Fund "You are not alone" Alexander Pak, social worker of the Public Fund "You are not alone" Svetlana Listarova, Director of the Department of Coordination of Compulsory Social Health Insurance Gulzhan Shaikhybekova, Director of the Department of Analysis and Forecasting of the FSMS Marina Faleeva, Director General of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Mental Health Nikolay Negai, Director of the Kazakh Scientific Center for Dermatology and Infectious Diseases Asylkhan Abishev, as well as representatives of medical organizations of the city of Nur-Sultan and structural divisions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the people and the healthcare system", key groups of the population receive a range of medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care.
However, during the meeting, Alexander Pak said that as part of the implementation of measures for the social support of key population groups, the Public Fund faced difficulties in providing medical services to these persons in the MSHI system who are in arrears in the payment of MSHI contributions due to the lack of sources of income.
He also added that it is necessary to constantly maintain contact with the population, which is at increased risk of contracting particularly dangerous infectious diseases, so that they do not disappear from the field of view of medical workers, are not left alone with their problems, and they also need to provide timely medical care to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
In turn, Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zarina Kamasova stressed that the deputy corps is ready to provide support in solving the tasks set.
"The purpose of our meeting is to develop a comprehensive action plan that could solve the difficulties faced by key groups of the population," the Chairman of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan said during the meeting.
Following the meeting, a number of proposals were put forward for further discussion and resolution of the issues raised.
